We operate a homeless ministry. As such, we often do laundry donated by smokers, redonated clothing belonging to those experiencing homelessness, & the incontinent. On occasion it takes a second (rarely a third) washing, but this stuff works on some of the strongest, set odors we’ve encountered ranging from body odor to urine & unknowns.

The telephone number for Consulting the Use IS GREAT… New to Odor reduction, coaching from the manufacturers pro was the best to have guidance on my situation and best way to use the product for my issues. Before I was done, the product was working where I applied it with a (former air freshener’s) misting bottle. Easy to use, and clear air from fireplace odor! Normal was my result.

I normally don’t like giving low reviews, but I thought this might be helpful to sensitive individuals considering using this product. First, it is not odorless. Out of the bottle it has a very strong alcohol odor mixed with a slight citrus smell. I mopped my garage floor with undiluted Zorbx trying to get the slight gasoline smell out of the concrete. It left a very pungent aroma and a slick, oily residue on the floor. After a couple weeks and after remopping the floor a dozen times, the smell was still there, and it caused my eyes to burn and my COPD to flair up every time I breathed it. This did not happen prior to using the Zorbx. After mopping a dozen more times and a couple more weeks later, the Zorbx smell had finally subsided, but guess what? After that trying ordeal the gasoline smell was still as strong as ever. In short, I cannot recommend this product because it is not unscented, it irritates the eyes and lungs, the smell and irritants from the product do not go away easily or quickly, it leaves an oily residue, and it doesn’t even remove the original odor. It was a waste of time and money.

I used this on an Christmas Tree that had been stored in a shed and I was concerned with the smell. Took the tree out and tested it. Use ZorbX to remove the smell before taking it to the office. Quick and effective with no damage to the tree or preinstalled lights. I also used this on some containers that were stored in a storage locker. Same positive effect. I went back and purchased a couple of refill bottles.

My husband accidentally left a carton of milk in the car from the grocery store that rolled underneath the passenger seat and sat for many days. Nothing and I mean nothing got the smell out until I used Zorbx. There is no longer any smell and I could not be happier. So glad is carrying the larger size!

After reading the other reviews, we thought we would give it a 7 bottle, $140 try. It didn’t work for us. Odor still the same. Dog P on a painted plywood floor. Whoever answers their phone is very polite and helpful.
But bottom line, if you can’t afford to waste time and money……go a different route.

Works great on all odors on fabric, carpet and in the air. I put it in a mister to remove kitchen and bathroom odors

This is the best that I have found in the market for removing urine smell from bed pads or clothing. My wife puts a cup in the washing machine and the order is gone and I mean gone! I have tried others that offer a scented smell and although it is cheaper, it doesn’t work as well as ZorbX.

I purchased this after extensive research on odor removing products. It seemed to be the only non masking product that simply didn’t add another smell on top of the smell you’re trying to get rid of. It got rid of the stench of heavy cigarette smoke and excessive Febreeze spray from a cloth recliner I hastily bought. I used the whole bottle, continuously spraying, drying, and repeating the process and in about 2 days the chair doesn’t smell at all. Mind you I vomited from the smell of the chair beforehand so you can imagine how hard this product works! Try it.

It’s a little pricey but it’s worth it. the odor is just GONE. It worked on the ancient linoleum tile floor and the hardwood floor. I have animals so I’m always battling odor. This is a must have.

This is the best product I have found to remove the odor of most disinfectants. I use it in a second rinse for all of my laundry and it gets the job done. I also use it to wipe down furniture, countertops, car upholstery, etc. to clear the air.
