Powerful and strong washing concentrate for outdoor furniture and equipment. Just dilute as indicated brush or wipe as needed and rinse off with garden hose. Real strong cleaning power for mildew, caked on dirt and so on. So much better than the watery products sold nowadays everywhere.

Delivery received leaking ZEP from corner of box. Jug was in plastic bag but since no packing to cushion bag, other items poked hole in bag, so I get bag full of cleaner and leaking into box and on other items. Called . Offered option to ship leaking mess back. Yeah right! Or take back to a store. Yeah, right again! Then was offered a $5.00 gift card for $14 mess. Asked for supervisor. After being on phone for 28 minutes, not counting the dropped call, supervisor emailed $15 gift card. This is in addition to receiving another item that was wrong because listed two different items with the same item number.
