I have been using Charmin Ultra Soft for quite a while. I do not like the wavy perforation and see no reason to have changed to it. The last big package I bought even had a roll with no perforations at all. Please go back to the original perforations.

I have been using Charmin Ultra Soft for years, all of my life that I can remember anyway. Recently things have changed, it is definitely not soft anymore, I didn’t have any issues tearing the straight perforated squares, and it leaves a bunch of lint luke tp behind now. So everything that was good about is no longer. So after ar least 30 years, we are looking for a new tp. It is so bad that I didn’t even start the survey to win a free year supply of Charmin because quite frankly I don’t want it anymore!
Way to take a product that many have loved and become a go to brand and change everything to become the never go too brand. Go back to the old version.

We have used Charmin for years and think it is great. However, the new Wavy perforation is a pain in the neck. We have had so many rolls of paper that are impossible to tear off . The perforations do not go through the paper and we end up wasting more than necessary. We will try to find an alternative toilet paper until this problem is resolved.

After using Charmin for over 25 years I’m extremely disappointed how it has now changed since the smooth tear was implemented. As many others have noted, the paper is NOT soft or durable any longer. I luckily had a few rolls of the old product and there is a HUGE difference between the softness and size of the roll. The new design is not soft at all and has actually caused a skin reaction for me. Nothing else had changed so I found eliminating the use of the new Charmin design resulted in symptoms clearing up. Not sure why Charmin would change to such an inferior product but I’ll be finding a new softer and non-irritating brand of TP unless the former product returns! Sorry Charmin but you missed the mark with this one and lost a customer.

My last package of charmin soft is the wavy tear. It is HORRIBLE to tear on the wavy line. Also not sure what has been changed but my rolls have little fuzz balls of toilet paper on it. Please go back to the old soft paper with the straight line tear. This ultra soft charmin is NOT improved

I used to love Charmin tp. I now live in South africa and bring back suitcases of tp when visiting the USA.
Every time a friend comes to visit, I ask them to bring me Charmin toilet paper, much to their amusement.

Not only is it thinner and smaller, but I require far more sheets per wipe.
No longer will I be ordering Charmin. So sad that you had to change a really good product just to make more money by giving us less
