This has been very consistent in cleaning really well and not leaving spots on practically anything I put in the dishwasher. I do not rinse the dishes, just scrape off the solids into the trash. One pod does the trick. I don’t even bother with rinse aid anymore. I like the container as it is easy to open and close yet keeps the pods dry. You get a lot of pods for the money. Highly recommended.

I love this product just don’t like ’s and the scam they tried to pull. It was on sale and bought 2 which was the maximum. There were 10 in stock and was having it delivered with other items. I recieved a call saying they were out of stock but can send me another type at $10 more than I was paying for the sale price. I refused and went on line and sure enough this was still there but they raised the price to $21.95. I went to the store and showed them my receipt that I paid and proof there were 10 I. Stock when I placed the order and what it was now. I wanted what I ordered at the price it was when I placed the order. The nice clerk could not find a manager however he was able to over ride the price and gave me what I ordered. It is a good thing that Lowe’s has good customer service personnel like the man I came in contact with.

The cleaning power is undeniable. But so is the overpowering scent. I am not buying this again because of the lingering scent… Especially adheres to any soft or hard plastics. They smell like it, taste like it and sometimes make foods they are used with taste like it.

Absolute complete waste of money. This is the second time my fiancé has bought these pods and when you open the container, they’re all stuck together. Not only do they not clean well in the dishwasher but when you try to pull one apart from the glob of pods, the liquid spills out everywhere

We aren’t usually name brand snobs; we purchase many store brands for many different products, both cleaning products and food items. My husband decided to try Publix brand dishwasher detergent because it was half the cost. SO. NOT. WORTH. IT. Our dishes aren’t coming out sparkling, there are spots on the glassware, and food debris left behind. I won’t waste this stuff, although I can’t wait until it’s all used so we can get the Cascade again.

This product is no better then cheaper dishwasher detergent packs. The commercial, ‘scrape, load and done’ is not at all the truth. We tried it using a pan to cook eggs and the plates they were served on. Both came out filthy. Ironically, our 20 yr old dishwasher crapped out so we tried it a month later on a new machine and had the exact same results.

I used regular Cascade pods a few months ago and they dissolved completely. This past week I tried my new cascade platinum plus and after a 2 hour wash cycle the pod was not dissolved. I tried a fresh pod and ran another load and that one did not dissolve either. The only thing missing from the pods is the liquid, the powder isn’t dissolving. We have very hot water and the dishwasher is only 8 months old and trust me there is no food stuck in sprayers etc. to prevent these from working.
